Keep cycling, but keep two metres apart
In these difficult times it’s more important than ever to keep active – for your physical and mental health.
Cycling is great exercise and is also a good way of ensuring you maintain that all-important “social distancing”.
The official guidance is to continue to exercise outdoors but you must keep at least two metres apart from others.
The Deputy Chief Medical Officer has confirmed that it is “absolutely fine” for people to go for a “bike ride together” so long as they cycle two metres apart.
Keep cycling – and stay safe!
